2BE3 can be used with a variety of drive devices, such as belt drive, reduction gearbox, synchronous motor, variable frequency speed governor, etc. In addition, in order to save space, a series operation mode driven by a motor can be adopted, and up to four pumps can be operated in series at the same time.
The left and right parts of the 2BE3 can be operated under different vacuum conditions respectively when equipped with the intermediate separator. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80 kPa, a 2BE3 vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps. This feature further increases the operational flexibility of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
Application and characteristics
There are large inspection ports on both sides of the pump cover, which can be used to check the clearance, corrosion status and scale.
The top and side suction and exhaust flanges are reserved at the same time when the 2BE3 vacuum pump is manufactured, and they have the same caliber, making on-site installation more flexible and convenient.
All bearings are imported with original bearings, ensuring the accurate positioning of the impeller of the 2BE3 vacuum pump and high stability during operation.
The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate, stainless steel plate welding, fully ensure the stability of 2BE3 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh conditions, and greatly improve the service life of 2BE3 vacuum pump.
The pump body is all made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BE3 vacuum pump.
2BE3 vacuum pump shaft sleeve as the most vulnerable parts, the factory is made of stainless steel, than the ordinary material life increased by 5 times.
Belt pulley (belt drive) adopts calibrated high precision taper sleeve pulley, reliable operation, long belt life, easy to disassemble.
Unique overhead gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are cast with resin sand, with good surface quality. The surface of the casting does not need to be greasy, so that the 2BE3 vacuum pump has the best cooling effect.
Mechanical seal (optional parts) all imported parts, fully ensure that the 2BE3 series vacuum pump in the long run without leakage.
