This series pump is a single-stage single-acting structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, etc
Application and characteristics
Bearings are all imported bearings, to ensure the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller accurate positioning and high stability during operation.
The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, fully ensure the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various harsh conditions, and greatly improve the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump. The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BE1 vacuum pump.
2BE1 vacuum pump shaft sleeve as the most vulnerable parts, the factory all made of high-chromium stainless steel, than the ordinary material life increased by 5 times.
The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high-precision taper sleeve pulley, reliable operation, easy to disassemble, and long service life of the belt.
The coupling (direct transmission) adopts standard high-strength elastic coupling, elastic components are made of polyurethane material, stable and reliable operation, long service life.The unique overhead gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are made of resin sand casting, good surface quality. The surface of the casting does not need to be greasy, so that the 2BE1 vacuum pump has the best cooling effect.Mechanical seal (optional parts) all imported parts, fully ensure that the 2BE1 series vacuum pump in the long run without leakage. The inner wall profile of the pump adopts an approximately elliptical profile to ensure the best pumping effect.
