working process
Inhalation stage: During the operation of a water ring vacuum pump, when the impeller inside the pump rotates, the water ring forms a closed environment, allowing the gas inside the pump to be sucked in and rotated with the impeller. At the same time, the water ring rotates and circulates with the impeller, transporting gas from the inlet end to the exhaust end.

Exhaust stage: When gas is drawn into the pump body, it is squeezed and discharged from the pump body as the impeller continues to rotate, and finally discharged from the system through the exhaust pipe. By repeating this process, a continuous vacuum effect can be generated.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning: Regularly cleaning the internal components of the water ring vacuum pump is an important step in maintaining its normal operation. Cleaning can remove dirt and impurities, ensuring smooth flow inside the pump body.

Check sealing: Regularly inspect the condition of the water ring and seals to ensure good sealing of the pump body. If there is wear or damage, replace it promptly to avoid air leakage.
