A reciprocating vacuum pump is a dry vacuum pump, so effective measures must be taken during operation To prevent the suction of gases containing liquids, which may cause serious equipment accidents.

After starting the reciprocating vacuum pump, the three-way valve should be gradually closed to gradually connect the inlet pipe of the pump to the container being pumped. When the pump reaches the maximum vacuum, check that the motor current load is stable. During normal operation, all parts of the pump should receive necessary and good lubrication; The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water is about 50C, and the maximum water temperature does not exceed 400C When the pump is stopped, the intake valve should be closed first and the power should be cut off; Close the needle valve of the oil cup, stop for 10 minutes, and then turn off the cooling water; When the room temperature is below 0 ℃, the cooling water must be drained to avoid freezing the cylinder. Regularly check the tightness of the V-belt and whether there is any leakage of cooling water. If there are any abnormalities, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. Check the bearings, eccentric rings, cross heads and other parts. If there is overheating or severe wear, timely maintenance should be carried out. Check the sealing rings of the piston rod and valve rod, and replace them promptly if there is any leakage.

Lubricating oil inside the crankcase. Apply No. 40 mechanical oil in winter and No. 60 mechanical oil in summer. Use No. 13 low-pressure compressor oil in winter and No. 19 high-pressure compressor oil in summer; The lubricating oil in the crankcase should reach the scale indicated on the oil window, and the needle valve of the oil cup should be adjusted so that the lubricating oil is injected into the cylinder drop by drop. After every 1000 ^ -1500 hours of pump operation, the lubricating oil in the crankcase should be replaced. But after the first 100 hours of use, the lubricating oil in the crankcase should be replaced with new oil. Run 1000-15001, after The pump should be disassembled, cleaned, and inspected; Inspect the friction parts of cylinder A, including the inner wall and piston ring, crosshead and slide rail, eccentric wheel and eccentric ring, journal and bearing. If any wear or other defects are found, they should be repaired immediately. The pump should undergo major repairs after running for 2500 hours, and be reassembled after disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance.
