A reciprocating vacuum pump is a type of piston reciprocating pump that is used in industries such as food and chemical due to its large pumping capacity and high vacuum degree. However, due to limited materials, reciprocating pumps cannot pump gases containing corrosive substances.

So, in the process of use, users are required to operate according to the prescribed requirements, and the following should be noted:

1) The surrounding environment of the equipment should be kept clean, dry, and well ventilated.

2) Check if the cooling water circuit is unobstructed.

3) Check whether the lubricating oil of each lubrication part of the reciprocating vacuum pump meets the regulations.

4) Each shift must check the fastening bolts of each part, ensure there is no looseness, and perform necessary tightening.

5) Regularly check whether the liquid level in the vacuum tank is normal and effective.

6) Check the readings of the vacuum gauge and ammeter at any time to ensure they are normal.

7) Always observe the operation of the equipment for any abnormal sounds or vibrations, and if necessary, report the status to relevant departments.

8) Operators must strictly follow the operating procedures of the reciprocating pump, and any problems found during routine inspections must be promptly addressed.
