2BV2 Thread Mouth Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

All mechanical seals imported from abroad are used as standard configuration.

All are equipped with cavitation protection pipe interface, such as working under the ultimate pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connected with the separator) can eliminate the cavitation sound and protect the pump while ensuring the maximum suction effect.

The 2BV series is equipped with stainless steel impellers as standard, and the 2BV2 series is equipped with stainless steel discs/impellers. High strength, durable, and improve pump corrosion resistance. If the flow parts are all made of stainless steel, they can work in more demanding environments.

The unique flexible exhaust port design, which does not produce excessive compression, ensures that the 2BV series is the most efficient in its performance range.

All use Y2 series motor, protection class IP54, IP55(generally IP44), insulation class F insulation (generally B insulation).

All adopt NTN or NSK imported bearings.

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump can realize that the flexible seals are all polytetrafluoroethylene, which can greatly extend the service life of the vacuum pump in harsh conditions.

2BV2-Ex series water ring vacuum pump/compressor is mainly used to extract explosive gas and work in various flammable and explosive environments.
